When you bequest to the Foundation you can be assured that your gift will be carefully managed and reinvested into the community through grants that meet the emerging needs of Broken Hill, in perpetuity.
A bequest is a gift or donation made in your Will. There are several types of bequests, for example, a Specific Bequest (a gift of cash or an asset), Percentage Share (a percentage of your estate) or a Residual Bequest (how the remainder of your estate is distributed with other gifts).
A bequest to the Foundation is a fantastic way to give back to a community that has given so much to both you and your family.
It is helpful if benefactors notify the FBH of intended bequests, however, that is a personal choice.
