Kirsty Murray

Administration Assistant (since 2022)

Kirsty was born in Broken Hill and grew up here, attending both Burke Ward Public School and Broken Hill High School.

She married a local and shortly after they moved to Roxby Downs in South Australia, where she spent 5 years working as an Administration Assistant, before moving to Parkes in the central west of NSW, here Kirsty worked at Foodservice Central as the Administration Manager.

In 2007, Kirsty had the “call of home” and returned to Broken Hill and has been here ever since. She worked as a shop assistant at the Red Robin Deli for a number of years and most recently was the Administration Assistant for Agfair, for the past 6 years before taking on her role at Foundation Broken Hill.

Kirsty loves her hometown and is keen to be part of the work contributing to Broken Hills future. She also loves to travel the countryside in her caravan and spending time with her family.
